Raiotech LLC, doing business as ("d/b/a") Raiotech Digital ("Raiotech," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website raiotechdigital.com (the "Site") and provides digital marketing, web design, SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, CRM automation, and AI services (collectively, the "Services"). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the information we collect and how we use it.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from and about you, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site, submitting a form (including a Meta/Facebook or Google lead form that links to this policy), or otherwise communicating with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
It does not apply to information processed by our clients on their own systems, or to third-party websites we do not control (see Section 16).
When you contact us, request a quote or "growth plan," subscribe to communications, or submit a lead/contact form (including a Meta or Google lead form), we may collect:
When you visit the Site, we and our third-party tools may automatically collect:
We may receive information about you from:
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. The specific technologies we use include:
Your choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can also opt out of certain advertising cookies here:
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where required by law as a valid request to opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information (see Section 9).
We use the information we collect to:
Consent. By providing your mobile telephone number to us — including on a lead form, contact form, or Meta/Google lead form — and opting in, you agree that Raiotech Digital and its authorized representatives may contact you by text message (SMS/MMS), including through an automatic telephone dialing system, for informational and marketing purposes related to your inquiry and our Services.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive texts in order to buy any goods or services from us.
Program details.
Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy — including in the "How We Share Your Information" and "Do Not Sell or Share" sections — exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell text-messaging opt-in data or consent.
We record and keep the conversations you have with us. This section explains what is recorded, where it is stored, and how it is used. By starting a chat on our website, or by staying on a call after hearing a recording notice, you consent to the recording described here.
Website chat. Every chat on our website is recorded, including chats answered by our automated AI assistant. The full transcript, along with any name, phone number, or email address you enter, is saved to your contact record in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Our CRM is provided by a third-party company, HighLevel, which stores and processes chats on our behalf. Some chats are answered by an AI assistant rather than a person, and the AI service providers that power it process your messages to generate replies. We ask you to agree to this before a chat starts. If you do not want your chat recorded, please do not use the chat and email us instead using the details in Section 18.
Phone calls. Calls to and from our business phone lines may be recorded. When a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start of the call, and staying on the line after that notice means you consent to the recording. Call recordings and call details (phone number, date, time, duration, and in some cases a transcript or automated summary) are stored in our CRM. If a call is answered by an automated AI voice assistant, it will identify itself as one. If you do not want a call recorded, you may hang up and email us instead.
Text messages and email. Text messages and emails you send us are stored in our CRM as part of your contact record. See Section 6 for the terms of our SMS program.
How we use recordings and transcripts. We use them to respond to you and follow up on your request, provide and improve our services, schedule appointments, check quality and train our team, keep accurate business records, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell chat transcripts or call recordings.
Who can access them. Our team, and the service providers that host, transmit, or process them for us (our CRM, telephone, and AI service providers) while acting on our behalf. We may also disclose them where required by law, as described in Section 8.
How long we keep them. We keep recordings and transcripts only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (see Section 11). You can ask us for a copy of, or to delete, your chat transcripts or call recordings using the contact details in Section 18.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags) to deliver targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, and similar state laws.
To opt out, you may:
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
When you submit a lead form on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google that links to this policy, the information you provide on that form is transmitted to us and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your interaction with the form itself is also subject to the privacy policy of the platform you used:
We use the information from these forms to contact you about your inquiry and our Services, including by email, phone, and text message (with your consent — see Section 6).
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — including to respond to inquiries, provide Services, and pursue legitimate business interests — unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
How to exercise your rights. Submit a request using the contact details in Section 18. We will verify your request using the information we have on file and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We will honor opt-out requests as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your inquiry or an active engagement.
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
