Growth Partnerships

The partner your growth actually needs — marketing, engineering, and the hard stuff in between.

Most agencies stop at the website. Our partnerships have put us onsite implementing ERP systems, rebuilding operational documentation, and running compliance-readiness for a federal assessment — because that’s what growing the client required.

  • 40+ Florida businesses on Raiotech SEO and web infrastructure
  • +60% search impressions in 90 days for an Orlando commercial office supplier
  • CMMC compliance consulting for government contractors
  • 2 principals — senior-led, Orlando-based, no hand-offs

What a partnership is

Not a retainer for deliverables

A growth partnership is not a retainer for deliverables. It’s our two principals operating as your marketing and engineering department — with the scope following your business, not a package.

Every partnership runs on the same five-pillar engine. The pillars don’t change. What changes is how deep each one goes, and that is decided by what is actually blocking the business.

Pillar 01

Search Authority (SEO / GEO / AEO)

Own the answer across Google and AI engines. We optimize for the queries ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews cite, not just blue links.

Pillar 02

Website Care & Conversion

Fast, secure, converting, continuously built out. The site is infrastructure we maintain, not a project we hand back.

Pillar 03

Sales Intelligence

Every inquiry captured, enriched, scored, and routed, so your team focuses on closing.

Pillar 04

Support Experience

Support content turned into a sales and SEO asset. The answers your customers already ask for become the pages that rank.

Pillar 05

Custom AI Tooling

The harnesses that make the whole system compound. We build them for ourselves first, then deploy what survives contact with our own operation.

The model

Senior capacity, concentrated

Run by Casper (Growth & Marketing Strategy) and Dave (Engineering & AI Architecture). Orlando-based. Senior-led. No junior hand-offs, no offshore outsourcing. We don’t use AI to automate your strategy; we use our proprietary AI operating systems to automate our own administrative overhead. The result? You get 100% of our creative and technical focus, shipping at a speed traditional agencies can’t match.

How far it goes — a real one

A Central Florida Manufacturer

Advanced manufacturing · Central Florida · client name withheld

A Central Florida manufacturer came to us for search authority. Eighteen months later the partnership includes an ERP implementation, an operational documentation rebuild, and CMMC Level 2 readiness support. We keep client names off the site; the scope is the point, not the logo.

None of that was in the original scope. All of it was what growing the company actually required — so it became the work.

The authority engine

The cited answer in their category across Google and AI engines — spec-level pages, one per product line, written to be extracted and quoted.

Onsite ERP implementation

Standing up ProShop ERP with their team — 3 to 5 hours a week of structured enablement so the system sticks after we step back.

Operational documentation rebuild

Auditing, correcting, and republishing the support knowledge base their team and their customers run on.

CMMC Level 2 readiness support

Compliance consulting for a government contractor — mapping day-to-day operations against the federal security requirements that apply to them, then working directly alongside the independent C3PAO assessor through the readiness window.

This embedded half of the partnership is our forward-deployed engineering practice — how FDE engagements work.

Compliance becomes marketing

Every credential earned — federal program clearances, NDAA alignment, verified USA-made manufacturing — is exactly the proof the search-authority pillar turns into rankings and AI citations no competitor can contest. The compliance work and the marketing work are the same work. One produces the claims; the other makes them findable.

Who this is for

Established B2B companies and manufacturers

Typically $1M+ revenue, typically Florida — with more demand than their systems can catch, or a hard technical or compliance problem standing between them and their next tier.

  • You are winning work your operations can’t absorb, and the bottleneck is systems rather than leads.
  • A certification, an audit, or a documentation gap is holding up contracts you could otherwise win.
  • Your marketing and your engineering keep colliding, and nobody owns the seam between them.
  • You have been through agencies that shipped deliverables and never touched the business underneath.

Not sure a partnership is the right shape for your problem? Two minutes on the phone settles it faster than a form.

Questions we get

Growth partnerships & CMMC readiness, answered

Straight answers to what people actually ask before a first call.

What is a growth partnership?

A growth partnership is an ongoing engagement where an outside firm operates as your marketing and engineering department instead of delivering a fixed list of deliverables.

At Raiotech, that means two principals — not an account team — take ownership of five pillars: search authority, website care and conversion, sales intelligence, support experience, and custom AI tooling. The pillars are constant. The depth of each one follows whatever is actually constraining the business that quarter, which is why our partnerships have extended into ERP implementation, documentation rebuilds, and compliance-readiness work that no marketing retainer would cover.

What is CMMC Level 2 readiness support?

CMMC Level 2 readiness support is the preparation work a defense contractor does before an assessment — mapping operations against the federal security requirements that apply, writing the System Security Plan, building evidence, and closing gaps — performed by someone other than the organization that will assess you.

Readiness is not certification. Under the CMMC program rule, an authorized C3PAO conducts the Level 2 assessment and the results are recorded in the government’s systems; a readiness partner cannot issue that result. Raiotech does the implementation, documentation, and evidence work alongside your team, then works alongside the independent assessor through the review window.

Do you replace our marketing team?

No — we either become the marketing team you don’t have, or we take the layer your existing team can’t staff.

For companies with no internal marketing function, the partnership is the department. For companies that already have marketers, we typically own the technical layer: search authority, site infrastructure, lead routing, data, and the AI tooling around it, while your people keep brand, relationships, and category knowledge. What we do not do is sit above your team as a strategy vendor and hand down decks. We are in the systems.

Can the firm that prepares us for CMMC also certify us?

No. CMMC conflict-of-interest rules require the organization that assesses you to be independent from the organization that prepared you, so no single firm can both get you ready and issue your certification.

This is worth checking explicitly when you shop for help, because some providers blur it. Raiotech is not a C3PAO, not a Registered Practitioner, and not an RPO — we sit firmly on the readiness side, and your certification comes from an authorized independent assessor.

How long does CMMC Level 2 readiness take?

Most published roadmaps put CMMC Level 2 readiness at roughly six to twelve months for a small or mid-sized contractor, and the variable that drives it is how much of your environment already has documented, evidenced controls.

The gating factors are consistent: how tightly you can scope the environment that touches Controlled Unclassified Information, how much of your current practice is written down versus lived, and how quickly leadership can approve changes to how people work. Companies that treat it as an IT project run long. Companies that treat it as an operations project finish. We will not quote you a date on a website — the honest answer comes out of a scoping conversation.

Do we need a C3PAO assessment, or can we self-assess?

Your contract decides — “Level 2” alone does not tell you, because CMMC Level 2 exists in both a self-assessment and a third-party (C3PAO) form, and the required type is named in the contract clause.

Under the Department of Defense phase-in schedule, third-party assessment becomes the standard path for Level 2 on applicable contracts as the program moves into its later phases, so contractors who assumed self-assessment would carry them are re-checking. Read the clause in the specific solicitation, and if it is ambiguous, ask the contracting officer before you build a plan on the assumption.

How is this different from hiring an agency and an MSP separately?

The difference is that nobody has to own the seam between them, because it is one team on both sides.

The common failure mode is an agency that owns the website and an MSP that owns the infrastructure, with the compliance requirement, the ERP data, and the lead pipeline falling into the gap between two contracts. In a partnership the same two people are accountable for the ranking, the form that captures the lead, the system that stores the record, and the documentation an assessor will ask for. Fewer vendors, and no one to point at.

What does a partnership cost?

There is no list price, because the scope follows your business rather than a package.

Partnership scoping is the sales conversation, not a form on a page. If you want a defined-scope engagement with published pricing instead, that is a different track and we will point you to it.

Strategic. Aggressive. Effective.
