Free Google Ads Audit · Orlando, Florida

A free Google Ads audit that finds the wasted spend

A Google Ads audit is a structured review of a live ad account: where the money actually went, which clicks never had a chance of converting, and whether the conversions Google reports are real. Ours is free. A principal runs it, not a tool, and it arrives as a recorded walkthrough of the account plus a written fix list ranked by dollar impact. You keep the findings either way.

  • 90 days of account history, read line by line
  • Read-only access, never your billing
  • 1 business day to hear back from us
  • $0 and the findings are yours to keep

Why it’s free

The whole business model, out loud

“Free audit” usually means a sales deck with your logo on it. So here is our actual model, stated plainly enough that you can decide with clear eyes before you hand anyone access.

How we make money on a free audit

The audit is free because it’s how we earn management work. If the account needs fixes, we quote a one-time fix sprint. If you want us to keep running it, Google Ads management is month-to-month after the first 90 days with no minimum ad spend, and the sprint fee is credited to your first month. If the account is healthy, we tell you it’s healthy. That happens, and it’s a short, pleasant meeting.

Prefer to take the report and fix everything yourself? Do it. Some businesses do exactly that, and the findings are still yours.

The review

What the audit actually checks

Ninety days of history, five places ad budgets go to die.

01

Search-term waste

The search terms report shows what you actually paid for, and it’s rarely what you think. One published enterprise audit traced roughly 30% of two years’ spend to irrelevant queries. We read yours line by line: junk terms, missing negatives, and quiet leakage into search partners and Display.

02

Conversion-tracking truth

Smart Bidding buys whatever you tell it to count, so we check what it’s counting. Form fills double-logged. Every submission recorded as the same conversion whether it became a customer or spam. Phone calls not tracked at all. When the numbers lie, everything the algorithm does downstream is wrong.

03

Structure & match types

Brand and non-brand mixed in one campaign. Ad groups bidding against each other. Broad match running unsupervised on a lead-gen budget. Structure decides how much control you actually have over what a click costs you.

04

Quality Score economics

Google charges relevance rent. We break down where expected CTR, ad relevance, and landing-page experience are inflating your cost per click, and which fixes are worth making on the ads or on the landing pages themselves.

05

Budget, bids & geography

Whether the bid strategy matches your actual goal, whether pacing burns the month by the 20th, and whether you’re quietly paying for clicks in cities you’ll never serve.

The deliverable

What you get, and what you won’t

You get a recorded screen walkthrough of the account: one of our two principals talking through what we found, in plain English. Alongside it comes a written findings list, ranked by what each item is probably costing you. What you won’t get: a 40-page PDF of screenshots, or a score out of 100 from a tool you could run yourself.

In Keyword Planner data we pulled this month, top-of-page bids for Google Ads audit and management keywords run as high as $65 a click. When clicks cost that much, a leaky account isn’t a rounding error — it’s a second payroll.

  • Recorded walkthrough you can watch on your own time and share with whoever you like
  • Written findings, ranked by estimated dollar impact, with the fix for each
  • The specific search terms, settings, and tracking gaps we’d change first
  • A straight answer on whether the account needs management at all

After the audit

What happens next is up to you

Step 01

The audit — free

You grant view access from inside Google Ads. Within a few business days you get the walkthrough and the fix list. Keep both, whatever you decide.

Step 02

The fix sprint — if needed

If the account needs surgery, we quote a one-time, fixed-scope sprint to work through the list. Continue into management afterward and the sprint fee is credited to your first month.

Step 03

Management — if it earns it

Month-to-month after the first 90 days. No minimum ad spend, no annual contract. We report in dollars and booked work, not impressions. How we run Google Ads management.

Fit

Who this is for (and who it isn’t)

Worth your time if

You’re a Florida business spending roughly $500 a month or more on Search or Shopping, with a few months of history to read. You suspect waste but can’t point to it. Or another agency runs the account and you want a quiet second opinion; the audit runs on reporting access, and nobody has to have an awkward phone call.

Not worth it if

You’re spending a couple hundred a month. At that budget, any management fee worth charging would eat most of your spend, and we’ll tell you so. No account yet? Start with a lead funnel conversation instead. Ads amplify a working funnel; they can’t create one.

Questions

What people actually ask us

How do I know if my Google Ads agency is doing a good job?

Ask for two things: the search terms report and your conversion definitions. Those two documents tell most of the story — and if they won’t share them, that is the story. A healthy account shows falling cost per result or rising lead quality over time, negatives added monthly, and conversions that map to things you can actually invoice.

We’re glad to audit an account another agency manages. It’s more common than you’d think.

Am I wasting money on Google Ads?

If nobody has read your search terms report in the last quarter, almost certainly some. A published enterprise audit traced about 30% of two years’ spend to irrelevant queries, and small accounts are rarely cleaner, because nobody watches them as closely. Our audit tells you your number instead of an industry average.

Is a free Google Ads audit actually free, or a sales pitch?

It’s free, and it’s also how we earn management clients: both things are true. The difference is that we publish the whole path up front. Free audit, optional paid fix sprint, optional month-to-month management. The report stays yours even if we never speak again, so the worst case is a free second opinion.

Do you need access to my Google Ads account?

Read-only access is enough. You grant it from inside Google Ads yourself, we never ask for your password or touch billing, and you can revoke everything the day the walkthrough lands in your inbox.

How long does the audit take?

A few business days from the day access lands. It’s a senior read of ninety days of history, not an automated scan, and we cap how many we take in a month so each one gets real attention.

Is it worth it if my ad budget is small?

Below about $500 a month in spend, management fees don’t math out, and we’ll say so on the call. You’ll still leave with the fix list, and several of the usual findings, like missing negatives, loose geography, and broken conversion tracking, are one-time fixes you can make yourself in an afternoon.

Do you audit Performance Max and Shopping campaigns?

Yes: Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, including the parts PMax likes to hide, such as where its spend actually lands and what its reported conversions are really counting.

What happens if the audit finds nothing wrong?

We tell you that in writing, and we mean it. A clean account is a short, happy walkthrough, and if everything checks out we’ll suggest the one or two tests worth running next instead of inventing problems to fix. When you’re ready to stop renting every click, that’s an Orlando SEO conversation.
